1. What are the requirements for opening a wholesale account?
The only requirement we have is that you have a business with a valid EIN number.

2. Does it cost anything to open an account?
Nope! Completely free to open an account!

3. How long does it take to get my order?
Our processing time is usually 3-5 business days. That means we'll have it packed up and shipping out in that time. Actual shipping times varies based on the shipping options you selected at checkout.

4. Do I have to order online?
Nope! You can email Jennifer Michiels at info@livelypetsonline.com with what you want to order and she'll take care of it! But ordering online is the fastest and easiest way to do it!

5. What types of payment do you accept?
Right now we only accept online payments using Shopify's secure and guaranteed payment methods. So even if you don't purchase online, your invoice will come through an email with payment options.
